Birdhouse

Birdhouse Skateboards was founded in 1992 by pro skateboarder Tony Hawk and fellow skater Per Welinder after both had left Powell Peralta. Birdhouse evolved through Hawk’s vision and dedication during a transitional era for skateboarding, bridging vert and street styles with innovative graphics and decks.

Birdhouse is known for its ever-changing team, hosting talent like Tony Hawk, Aaron "Jaws" Homoki, Clint Walker, David Loy, Lizzie Armanto and others who consistently bring energy to competitions and video parts.

Above all, Birdhouse has remained a touchstone in skateboarding, associated with iconic moments, classic videos, and a strong sense of community, influencing multiple generations.
